i am a colombian toy story fan, when i knew of the toy story collection, i say "i gotta have that buzz" i think the woody was a little too expensive and too much interaction, but buzz it suppose to do all of these stuff.
his helmet opens, his laser works as it suppose to, his wings open with the red round button and the little light bulbs shines, he's got his own sounds effects, he's fully poseable, he glows in the dark, he talks when you're talking to him, and he even talks when you're not talking to him, HE'S GOT EVERYTHING!!
i took him to work to make the office pretty, and everyone in there just want to grab him and play with him, even the older ones, its just too playable, even it works as a substitution for human companion, i just love when he says "how are you today?" and "we might say we'll be friends to infinity and beyond" i put him every night by my night stand when i go to sleep just to see his green trim glow in the dark, one bad thing though he spends a lot of batteries! but he has to for all the things he does!

My two sons just LOVE LOVE their BUZZ!!!
I have two sons, one is almost 4 and a 1 1/2 years old. They are learning to take turns to play with their Buzz Lightyear. We have other characters like Woody and Jessie however Buzz is the most played one. His wings popped out couple times but I could easily pushed them back on. The toy is very durable I'd say. It still looks and functions as new even after played by two toddlers everyday for four months! I am so happy with my purchase!
Good toy, but expensive
It's a great toy, nice and very interactive features. Nice finish and fair voice quality. It's really very posable. The box is not that good. Very thin and easy to deform. The wins mechanism is fragile and quite easy to damage, specially if you consider this is a toy for children 3 and up. For the price, you can expect better and more durable materials.
Wow, the best Buzz Ever!!!
My son is almost 5 years old and just loves this toy, he plays with it constantly, he's had it for almost a year. Some reviewers are right that the toy is too heavy to stand up, but that doesn't bother my son, he props him up, or just carries or flies him around. What surprises me is how durable it is, Buzz has been dropped countless times, the wings fall off but are easy to put back together, the same with the helmet. And this weekend one of the arm pieces fell off, I thought for sure it was broken, but it too easily popped back into place! I have to say this toy was well designed. Other than some scrathes and stickers falling off, it's in great shape, thanks for a great toy, I would definitely recommend it!
Great toy
We got this for my 6 year old son for his birthday, he loves it! The interactive features are great.

Buzz looks cool, but lacks in entertainment value
I bought this for my daughters birthday and it was tossed aside pretty quickly. It looks really neat, I'm a huge Toy Story fan, but the look is about the only good thing about it. The games and activities this toy offers are just not entertaining, especially not as high tech as even the youngest kids are nowadays. It has the qwerty keyboard, but it is not used for much, most of the buttons really seem useless. The screen is just the shades of gray, no color which is really dull. I was greatly disappointed, the best thing the toy does is when you turn it on and the voice of Buzz talks to you.
