Fun for all
My 4 year old son loves this Toy Story Lego car. The box says ages 6-12, but he has a few of these Lego style kits and makes some very interesting contraptions. The car was easy to put together, following the instructions of course, and shortly after, my son converted it to a roadster. Great buy.

falling appart
We got this for my son's 5th BD and just put all pieces together. Great project, but as soon as you trying to play with this car some pieces are falling down and you have to put them back.

Another great Lego creation!
We bought this as a gift for our 6 year old for his birhtday. With the resurgence of the Toy Story stuff due to the release of the new movie it has become popular again though he has always liked the characters (we have the two original movies on DVD and he watches them often). He was thrilled to get this toy and with a little assistance from his 13 year old brother got it put together right away. He loves playing with it. The set has both main characters and the little RC car has the type of wheels where if you pull it back it will spring forward. He loves his new toy and we love that it is serving as a neat introduction to Legos for him.

Made a happy 5 year old
My son has wanted his own REAL Lego sets (just like big brother) so this is one of the two purchased for his 5th birthday. Being impatient he wanted to start putting it together without help, and he did pretty darn good! Following the directions he just missed a couple of steps (easily corrected) and had built his own moving car! They are still legos and little boys play rough, but so far so good, and Buzz and Woody just keep riding around the house.

Catch the Moment!
My son loves Toy Story series and when they are recreated with Legos, he was all excited and saved his own money to buy LEGO brand Toy Story Woody and Buzz Rescue 7590 on his own (the price is within his piggy bank range). For a veteran lego brickmaster, he constructed this 95 pieces set fairly quickly and seemed to enjoy every moment. This set features Buzz figure that includes an attachable rocket and Woody who looks like the original and after RC Car was built, it is sturdy enough for him to replay as many times as he wants the ending scene from TOY STORY 1 when Woody and Buzz used the blue & green car to catch up with Andy's moving truck to accomplish their rescue mission-a scene I already forgot but the kids seem to always remember.

I bought this set for my son's 6th birthday. He loves it! Lots of detail and characters provide him with endless hours of fun.

Super Fun!
I bought this set as an investment, but my 10 and 7 year olds would not let me keep it in the un-opened box. They have played with this set non-stop even though they don't really ever watch toy story. What makes it fun is the jail, the safe (with the money in it) and the hand cuffs. There's a lot of arguing over who gets to use bullseye too. I definately feel like it was money well spent.

cute, but flimsy
i have been collecting the toy story lego for myself and was excited to get this set. it rates high on the cute factor, and also on the details given to the minifigs.

unfortunately, i found once the sheriffs office and the jail were "joined" together, the whole lot was very weak and would not stay completely joined when moving from the work table to a more suitable spot. there seemed to be no way to strengthn the join without adding extra bits. had the sheriffs building not had the "trap door", it would have been a lot stronger. also, the cave could have been a bit bigger so the crate of dynamite would fit.

still very cute though and would be more suited to an older child who builds for display.

Lego Meets Toy Story!
We have all the Toy Story sets, except the 'giant' Zurg and Buzz, which we can't find (except on e Bay at JACKED UP prices!). As of today, Amazon is not carrying them and Toys R Us is sold out. My 7 year old loves these sets. They are great Lego quality. I know some people buy Lego sets to collect, but these are Toys at our house and are played with heavily since Christmas. Lego getting the Toy Story license was a nice idea, good business for Lego, good fun for Toy Story fans. It's a win win situation! (ha just had to say it)
If you can afford it, buy it!
I have to agree with the other review, as a reminder, if you're tempted to buy this for a younger child, this probably isn't suitable for anyone younger than 5-6 at the lowest unless closely working with an adult. Younger children WILL want to play with them, and unless you're completely sure there is no chance of these pieces being swallowed, I would use age-wise caution when purchasing.
Of course, all good Moms and Dads know this anyway!

Howdy Partner!!
This toy is very good. It comes with lots of cool mini figures of Woody, Jesse, Stinky Pete and Bullseye. But there could've been a school house like the movie. But, I know that would be an extra set. This toy is fun because it has several parts to it. For example it has a safe where there is money and you can pretend that Stinky Pete is robbing the bank. And it also has a jail as well where you can place the bad guy!! Also, the back of the jail opens like a jailbreak. The mine couldv'e been better because you can barely fit a character in the mine. This will be a fun addition to your child's collection. Although, not suitable for very young ages as there are pieces that can be chocked on. But this is with all lego products.
